Chef's "Omakase" menu typically includes 10 to 12 dishes. Don't be alarmed! Each dish is carefully portioned so that your taste buds can enjoy the entire journey. Assorted Plates is a showcase of ingredients essential to everyday Japanese cookings. Some raw ingredients will be introduced to you during the meal. There are a couple of hot Main Dishes are served as part of the menu. Rice and soup will be served with main dishes followed by desserts. Beverage pairing is available upon request. Menus can be tailored to your individual preference to contain no meat, no fish or be completely vegetarian.
